Today a little excursion from the usual style trip.
Every month MAC releases a new collection, and for September 2013 there were three different ones announced: MAC x Antonio Lopez Collection, MAC Indulge Collection, MAC Retro Matte lipsticks as well as MAC Pro Longwear Colletcion for Fall 2013.
So there were a lot of products to choose from. I was most interested in a face palette from the Antonio Lopez collection (just because I think it is so handy to have a brozer/contour shade, a highlighter as well as a blusher in one palette) and in the Retro Matte lipsticks.
For that reason I was sneaking around the MAC Counter in Helsinki the last days and since yesterday all the collections are available there.
For my dissaponitment I was not pleased with the pigmentation of the face palette so I had to skip that one. And also the colours of the lipsticks were not completely overwhelming to me. But I tried them on, and for those of you who are on a hunt for a longlasting matte shade - check them out. They are amazingly pigmented and stay on for a really long time, even with drinking and eating. Since their formular is more on the drier side I would recommend to use a primer or a lipbalm that contains wax in it, so you lips don't dry out and are protected.

The least interessing collection of all for me was the Indulge Collection, the press pictures were just not really that appyling to me. Anyways when I stood in front of the display I saw this really dark, almost black shade named 'Sweet Succulence' and somehow I was intrigued by it. It's a lusture finish, that means it is a bit sheerer and lighter on the lips and because of that I also bought the matching lipliner in 'Currant' to make it last a bit longer.
I think in the winter it will really look good against my light skin and will give me a bit of a misterious touch.

Which one of the three is your favorite MAC collection for the fall/winter?

Heute mal ein kleiner Auflug von dem gewöhnlichen Style trip.
Jeden Monat bringt MAC eine neue Kollektion auf den Markt und für September 2013 waren gleich drei angekündigt: MAC x Antonio Lopez Collection, MAC Indulge Collection, MAC Retro Matte lipsticks as well as MAC Pro Longwear Colletcion for Fall 2013.
Es standen also einige Produkte zur Auswahl. Am meisten Interesse hatte ich an einer Face Palette von der Antonio Lopez Kollektion (ich finde es einfach so handlich ein bronzing/contour  Puder, einen Highlighter und ein Rouge in einem zu haben) und an der Retro Matte Lippenstiften. Aus diesem Grund bin ich in den letzten Tagen immer mal wieder um den MAC Counter in Helsinki rumgeschlichen und seit gestern sind alle Kollektionen dort erhältlich. 
Zu meiner Enttäuschung war ich leider nicht so begeistert con der Pigmentierung der Face Palette, die ich mir dann verkniffen habe. Auch die Farben der Retro Matte Lippenstifte haben mich nicht umgehauen. Aber ich habe fast alle auftragen lassen und für diejenigen unter euch, die auf der Suche nach einer langanhaltenden matten Farbe sind - schaut sie euch auf jeden Fall an. Die Lippenstifte sind sehr gut pigmentiert und halten sehr lange auf den Lippen, auch nach dem Trinken oder Essen. Da diese einer eher trockene Formulierung haben, würde ich euch aber raten einen Primer oder einen Lippenbalsam der Wax enthält zu verwenden, so trocknen eure Lippen nicht so schnell aus und sind gut beschützt.

Die für mich am weinigsten interessanteste Kollektion von allen war die Indulge LE, die Pressefotos waren für mich einfach nicht so ansprechend. Als ich nun vor dem Aufsteller stand hat diese sehr dunkle, fast schwarze Nuauce mit Namen 'Sweet Succulence' irgendwie mein interesse geweckt. Es ist ein Luster finish, das bedeutet der Lippenstift ist nicht so stark pigmentiert uns ist leichter auf den Lippen, deshalb habe ich mir auch den passenden Lipliner in 'Currant' gekauft, um die Haltbarkeit zu verlängern.
Ich denke die Farbe wird im Winter einen schönen Kontrast zu meiner hellen Haut bilden und mir einen leichten misteriösen touch geben.
